McGarryBowen Advertising Agency presented William K with the challenge of delivering a modern executive environment while preserving the historical significance of the Starret-Lehigh building. A new steel staircase was constructed and custom built-ins and furniture were created to incorporate the high tech audio/visual components in the conference rooms. Existing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler and telecommunications systems were all upgraded to surpass current codes and standards.
