150 Nassau Street, NYC Facade Restoration
When this building was erected in 1895 it was one of the city’s tallest towers. It needed a complete restoration of the exterior, including all roofs.
The work on this Historical Landmark included repairing and replacing much of the rusticated gray Westerly granite, gray Haverstraw Roman brick, buff-colored terra cotta, watertables, and winged caryatids at the upper corners of the tower. WKCG also handled the cut pointing, caulking and rebuild of the brick arches.
