The Historical Landmark Starrett-Lehigh Building was in need of a complete restoration. WKCG covered the entire exterior of the 2.2 million-square-foot building, including all the roofs.

The work consisted of brick replacement, concrete removal and replacement, joints repointing, corner rebuilding, and flashing replacements. Window repairs included caulking and replacements. WKCG also restored the exterior to its original color.
